Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect
inChrist Studio collects information needed to provide live streaming, account connection, subscription, support, and app management features. This may include your name, email address, account identifiers, app usage data, device information, diagnostics, and information you choose to upload or configure in the Service.
2. Google User Data
When you connect a Google or YouTube account, inChrist Studio may access Google user data that you authorize through the OAuth consent screen. This may include your Google account identifier, email address, YouTube channel information, live broadcast information, stream configuration, access tokens, refresh tokens, and token expiration metadata.
We use Google user data only to provide the YouTube live streaming features you request, including connecting your YouTube channel, preparing or updating a live broadcast, retrieving stream connection details, checking broadcast status, and refreshing access tokens so your saved YouTube channel remains connected.
inChrist Studio does not use Google user data for advertising, retargeting, data brokerage, unrelated analytics, or training generalized AI or machine learning models.
3. Sharing, Transfer, Or Disclosure Of Google User Data
We do not sell Google user data. We do not share, transfer, or disclose Google user data to third parties for advertising, marketing, resale, or unrelated purposes.
Google user data may be disclosed only in the limited circumstances needed to operate and protect the Service: to trusted infrastructure or hosting providers that process data on our behalf, when required by law or valid legal process, to protect users, security, or the integrity of the Service, or as part of a business transfer where the receiving party is required to honor this Privacy Policy.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. Retention And Deletion Of Google User Data
We retain Google user data only for as long as needed to provide the connected YouTube streaming features, maintain your saved channel connection, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and operate the Service securely.
Short-lived Google access tokens are used temporarily and refreshed as needed. YouTube channel metadata, refresh tokens, and related connection records are retained while your YouTube channel remains connected to inChrist Studio.
You can disconnect your YouTube channel in the app where the feature is available, or request deletion of Google user data by contacting support@inchriststudio.com. After a deletion request or account disconnection, we delete or de-identify Google user data unless we are required to retain limited information for legal, security, fraud prevention, or legitimate operational purposes.
5. Use Of Data
We use collected data to provide and maintain the Service, authenticate users, operate live streaming workflows, provide customer support, improve reliability, monitor usage, detect and prevent technical or security issues, and comply with applicable obligations.
6. Security Of Data
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect user data. No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Contact Us
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or want to request access, correction, deletion, or disconnection of your data, contact us at support@inchriststudio.com.
